Mentorship Program

Our mentorship program is a key component of the CCA model. A large part of the development of our young professionals is the sharing of knowledge, guidance and support of experienced professionals with our candidates. The CCA will ensure this by peering a mentor with a candidate from the beginning of his/her tenure in the bootcamp program to ensure that experienced professionals can help in the development of the candidate. The typical mentor will have over 20 years experience within the areas of software development or information technology.

If you are an experienced professional and would like to give back to help develop our candidates, please feel free to contact us.  Our team will meet with you to discuss how you can help our young professionals. Experienced professionals who have had many years working in the Information Technology or Software field in North America and Europe are especially encouraged to engage in this effort.  If the professional don’t have the time to mentor, they can also contribute real-world projects that can be used to help develop our candidates.
